Each SELA K piece is individually handcrafted with care and intention. To preserve the integrity, clarity, and longevity of your glassware, we recommend the following:

1. Handwash only using lukewarm water, a soft sponge, and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that could damage the surface.
2. Do not soak or expose to sudden temperature changes (e.g. from hot to cold), as thermal shock may cause stress or cracking.
3. Dry immediately with a lint-free cloth to avoid water spots and preserve the brilliance of the glass.
4. Avoid dishwasher use, even on gentle cycles, as high heat and strong detergents may compromise delicate craftsmanship.
5. Store in a safe, upright position, ideally in a cabinet with soft shelf liners to prevent scratches or tipping.

Each SELA K piece tells a story — please handle with the same care and intention with which it was made.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our production, slight variations in size and shape may occur — these are a mark of uniqueness, not imperfection.

To preserve their clarity and character:

1. Use with cold or room-temperature liquids
2. Avoid using metal utensils inside the glass

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please note: SELA K is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays that may occur during international shipping.

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our glassware, we are only able to accept returns on items that arrive damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [info@sela-k.com], including your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We do not accept returns for change of mind. All sales are considered final once shipped.
